With more than 40 years experience in real estate, Alfred Weissman has been recognized for his outstanding reputation for professional excellence, management responsibility, and financial integrity.
A strong supporter of many local charities, Alfred Weissman has dedicated his time and giving to many organizations, including St. Josephs Medical Center where he is a Board Member and on the Finance Committee. St. Joseph's Hospital is of importance to him for the care the hospital provides to a broad segment of the underserved population of Westchester County.
Executive Andrew O'Rourke presented Alfred Weissman with a citation which acknowledged "exceptional achievement as the Developer" of a facility for Westchester County. He received the Thomas J. Caramadre Humanitarian award from the Yonkers Chamber of Commerce Women in Business Committee.
He is a graduate of Syracuse University, a veteran of the US Army, former vice president of the Cerebral Palsy Association, is a Board Member of the Yonkers Chamber of Commerce, and is a Director on the Board of the Garden City Chamber of Commerce.

Principal
Alan Weissman is a real estate attorney who is an active participant in the development and management of the company's assets.
Alan is a graduate of Colgate University where he received a BA in economics. He also studied economics at Cambridge University in England. Alan received a law degree from Hofstra University and is admitted to the New York and Connecticut bar.
Alan has served on the Board of Directors, the Westchester Land Trust, the Community Planning Council, CEJP, Inc., and the Yonkers Public Library Foundation. He is Co-chairman of the Yonkers Chamber of Commerce and is the Past-President of the Yonkers Jewish Council.
joseph genzano
General counsel
Joe Genzano is responsible for all legal work related to leasing, acquisitions, project management and all day to day firm activities. Joe joined AWRE in 2009 after 19 years of practice in the areas of real estate and commercial transactions and litigation.
Joe is a graduate of Syracuse University School of Management and Pace University School of Law where he earned his JD.

Neil Marcus is responsible for all financial reporting, cash
management, budgeting, projections, acquisition due diligence,
tax preparations and negotiations of debt financing. Neil has 40
years of financial experience including 9 years as a CPA with
Grant Thornton, 24 years with a New York real estate developer
and 5 years as a financial consultant / interim Chief Financial
Officer to public and privately held company(s) with domestic as
well as international operations.
Neil is a graduate of The City College of New York and is a
Certified Public Accountant in New York. He is a member of the
American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New
York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
kj Hong
chief operating officer
KJ Hong joined AWRE in 2005 and manages the firm’s operations
and oversees all phases of real estate development projects,
including planning, permitting / approval, cost estimation,
construction and project maintenance. KJ has been actively
involved with over 300 commercial and residential development
projects throughout his career. As a construction project
manager, he managed and completed 50 office renovation projects
in metro New York area, 40 HUD Multi-Family housing projects.
Notable projects include St. Andrew Kim Catholic Church, and the
Porter House project.
KJ obtained his B.S. degree in real estate development, and
received a Masters of Urban Planning from New York University.
